By submitting an abstract, each author agrees to present the accepted contribution (oral or poster) and to register to the event (one registration is required for each accepted contribution).
Early registration fee for speaker or poster presenter : 960€ VAT excl. (for full participation) and 465€ VAT excl. (for one day participation).
Contributions may be submitted for oral or poster presentation
1/ Abstract: 1 page including tables, figures and references.
2/ Full paper: 12 pages maximum including tables, figures and references.
3/ The format required for oral and poster presentations will be indicated to authors in due time.
Abstract content and selection process
The content of the abstract must address one of the following topics: Dismantling Strategy and Program Development, Regulation Evolution, Development of New D&Ds' Technologies, Initial Radiological State Characterization, Project Feedback Experience, Material and Radioactive Waste Management, Buildings and Sites Rehabilitation, Economic and Financial Aspects of Dismantling Operations, Stakeholders Involvements and Public Acceptance, Digital Contribution to Dismantling Operations, Decommissioning of Damaged Nuclear Facilities.
The selection in oral and poster sessions will process the relevance of the subject with the aforementioned topics.
Sufficient details must be included in the abstract for reviewing.
Conference topic-lines and sessions
The definitive conference topic-lines and related sessions will be specified after the peer-review.
All submissions must be in English.
It is the responsibility of the author to get all internal reviews and institution approvals prior submission.
Information related to publications will be indicated to each author in the notification letter.
The template is the same for the abstract and full paper (oral and poster selections).The abstracts and full papers must be submitted in pdf format. It is the author’s responsibility to check the pdf version of the paper to ensure proper final use (in particular check the “embed all fonts” option).
Here is some useful information to prepare your oral presentation :

Your presentation will be display in landscape orientation on 16/9 screens.
We recommend to:
Use high-contrast lettering and readable fonts (minimum font size of 24).
Use standard Windows fonts only. (avoid original fonts)
Use high-contrast colours (light text on dark background or vice versa).
A maximum of 7 lines per slide and 5 words per line will improve the communication value of your slide
Poster presentation to be displayed on the poster board at your disposal onsite
